Who is Gonna WIN??
Get out those jump ropes and put on your fabulous sneakers! (Are they pink??) Just wondering? :) Today's challenge is to compete with a parent in a timed jump rope competition!! Who is gonna win? Who are you gonna compete against? This is something you are going to HAVE to put in your Go to Guide!! Good Luck and don't forget to have a healthy snack like an apple and almond butter or frozen grapes to give you extra "good" energy today before your competition! GO PINK Girl! Try this Healthy Summer Treat
Raspberry Ice Pops
Puree 4 cups of fresh or frozen raspberries in a blender. Force with the back of a spoon through a strainer to remove seeds, then stir in 4 Tbsp Honey. Pour mixture into ice-pop molds or a decorative ice cube tray. Insert an ice-pop stick into each and freeze for 4-5 hours until solid.

Deep Breathing
Like we learned at P.I.N.K bootcamp..... A yoga breath is a deep belly breath and a stress breath is breathing with your shoulders. Check someones breathing out that you love today! Are they breathing a relaxing breath or a stressful breath? Teach them how to breath!

Stay the course
So here we are on day #2of the pink-style planner! Did you create a pag ein your GTG about your results from yesterday? I bet it looks great! Today try to focus on eating a couple servings of fruits and/or vegetables at each meal and presto...you will have your 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables for the day! In this hot weather, make sure you drink oodles of water....we don't want your pink sparkle to fizzle in this heat!!
