What do you see??

Hi pink girls!!! The last couple days I got to wake up to one of my favorite things in the world!!! The ocean.....

What do you see when you wake up? Maybe it's not the ocean, but if you love the ocean like me, it could be a picture of the ocean??? Pick out a couple things you love,maybe a picture of you with your friends or family and have it out where you will see it in the morning!! It's always great to wake up to something that puts a smile on your face, right?? Starting you day out with positive thoughts and images in your brain makes for a super fab day,dont ya think? Try something new today

Hi pink girls. Today we tried something new today-paddle boarding!! It was sooooo much fun. At first it was a little scary trying to stand on the board, but we were determined to stand on that board!! We did it! What do you want to try that is something new and different,maybe it's singing a song,trying a new exercise or food! Whatever it is--today is a great day to try!!

Hey PINK Girl...today we are gonna stay away from that tv, computer, video game system--whatever you look at that keeps you from moving....Today is one of those amazing fall days.  The sun is shining, the leaves are falling-there aren't gonna be many more days like this one!  So, grab a jacket and go for a walk or a bike ride or grab a camera and snap some photos of the things that make you smile.  Maybe it's a cool jack-o-lantern or a color on a tree that is so beautiful!  Whatever you do today, choose to keep the screens off!

I have great friends

I love my friends! They are great because they are caring and kind and considerate and not selfish. What characteristics do you want in friends? Today we are gonna create an affirmation on friendships. Write down the qualities that you want for friends. Are they kind? Do they think of others? How do you want them to treat others? Now write it in the present tense. Like this:

I have friends that are kind, compassionate, and love to play sports.

Good Decisions Feel Good

After a long day it is easy to hear that little voice inside your head saying.. "I don't want to eat healthy... I don't want to do my homework and I am so tired I really don't want to exercise!"

Sound Familiar?

But then another voice inside your head motivates you to get off the couch and do something. This voice is the one that makes you feel better about yourself. Making one little decision towards being healthy is motivating and builds momentum towards other goals. Remember small steps is the secret to making lasting changes that will actually improve your life.
