After a long day it is easy to hear that little voice inside your head saying.. "I don't want to eat healthy... I don't want to do my homework and I am so tired I really don't want to exercise!"

But then another voice inside your head motivates you to get off the couch and do something. This voice is the one that makes you feel better about yourself. Making one little decision towards being healthy is motivating and builds momentum towards other goals. Remember small steps is the secret to making lasting changes that will actually improve your life.
