4 days and counting!
ONLY 4 days til our next pink girls bootcamp! We can't wait to see you all again!! Did you choose something from the nutrition bubble today? What did you choose? I made a healthy snack! I had an apple with almond butter! It is the perfect mix of sweet and salty and crunch...I loved it. :0)

5 days away!
Can you believe it--the next bootcamp is THIS saturday....we are sooooooo excited to see you all again.
Today is a great day to get outside and move! I love the change of seasons...the cooler weather...sweatshirts and jeans...I think it is super fun to be out exercising in this weather. Tonight I am gonna make up my own workout routine. I'll tell you tomorrow what I did! Here's a picture to get you excited about Saturday. Talk to you tomorrow~ :)

Attitude of Gratitude
Having an attitude of gratitude seems to make your day go better--don't ya think?? If you are always looking and thinking about the things that you are grateful and thinkful for, your heart is full of joy and happiness. You can't be grateful and crabby at the same time, can you?!?! I saw this poster and thought it would be perfect for today. So today, look and think about all the things that you are grateful for...your day will get brighter. :)

TRY it....
Today...we are gonna try a new fruit! Some of my favorite fruits are kiwi, pineapple, raspberries, watermelon, strawberries, and red grapes. Have you tried all of those fruits? Some unique fruits might be mangos, papayas, plantains, and starfruit. Go to the store and see if you can find any of those and try one.....it might just become one of your favorite fruits. Imagine if you never tried anything new...that would be kinda boring, huh?!? So today's motto is: TRY IT, you might just LIKE IT. :) seee you tomorrow!
p.s. So I delivered a special coffee drink to my friend who lives out of town. IT was fun to catch up and have some girl time. I wanted you pink girls to know that I did my special gratitude project. I will try to post a picture when possible. :)

Thankful. Grateful. Remember
Hi Pink girls. I am sure that you know that today is the anniversary of 9/11. Some of you were babies, some not even born yet, when this tragedy happened. It was a very sad day and we are a different country because of that day. As I thought about what to post today, I thought it would be a good time to think about what I was thankful and grateful for and to remember all of those things. So here is my list today:
1. A Free Country
2. Choices
3. A voice that can be heard (did you know that in some countries, girls can't even be heard?)
4. People who I can trust
5. People who protect me and my family EVERY DAY
So now that I have made my list, I am going to show my gratitude for them by doing something special for someone on my list. Check back tomorrow and I'll tell you what I did. See you then :)

YOGA DAY THIS SATURDAY!
Attention P.I.N.K. GIRLS! This Saturday from 9-10 a.m. is SALUTATION NATION! It is a way to support national yoga month. Salutation Nation is an event that encourages people all over the nation to get out their Yoga mat and practice Yoga all at the same time! Hope you will be doing Yoga tomorrow morning at 9 a.m. wherever you are! Namaste.

What is your Wednesday Workout?
Hi P.I.N.K Girls!
I am writing this post today to remind you to make your workouts a priority. I have to put it in my planner or I get to busy and don't do it! Remember it doesn't matter how long you do it or what you do JUST MOVE YOUR BODY! Do a little bit each day and before you know it you will be on your way to a healthy life.
My workouts this week look like this:
Monday - Walked and pushed Jaylen in the stroller.
Tuesday - Yoga. I practiced a headstand! It was not that fun with a head cold! I also worked
on my P.I.N.K. go-to-guide.
Wednesday - Weight training class.
Thursday - Run.
Friday - Jump rope and Weight training class.
You have to make your workouts and your P.I.N.K. calendar your top priority. It is easy to get busy and forget to take care of you. After I work out I feel energized, balanced and ready to face the world.

Drink Water!
Drink more water! Did you know that dehydration affects concentration and both mental and physical performance? Your body gets confused sometimes and thinks you are tired or hungry when actually you could just be needing to drink more water! Water even helps with digestion. So I challenge you - Add more water in your day!

New Yoga Pose for PINK girls
Hi Pink Girl. :) Are you ready to try the new yoga pose of the day? It's a fun one! Here you go:. Candle:
This is a Shoulder Stand in adult yoga, and is a great, safe way for you to go upside-down.
How To: Lying on your back, bring your hands to the small of your back and push your legs up into the air. Try moving your feet like a flickering candle flame. For variation, move your legs into tree position for “Upside Down Tree.”
