Hi P.I.N.K Girls!
I am writing this post today to remind you to make your workouts a priority. I have to put it in my planner or I get to busy and don't do it! Remember it doesn't matter how long you do it or what you do JUST MOVE YOUR BODY! Do a little bit each day and before you know it you will be on your way to a healthy life.
My workouts this week look like this:
Monday - Walked and pushed Jaylen in the stroller.
Tuesday - Yoga. I practiced a headstand! It was not that fun with a head cold! I also worked
on my P.I.N.K. go-to-guide.
Wednesday - Weight training class.
Thursday - Run.
Friday - Jump rope and Weight training class.
You have to make your workouts and your P.I.N.K. calendar your top priority. It is easy to get busy and forget to take care of you. After I work out I feel energized, balanced and ready to face the world.
