How are the Visual Goals going?

How is the kickoff to your new year? Did you set some goals and work on your visual journal?Here are some example of my goals and pictures on my visual board. I can't wait to see yours!
Goal 1. Do a personal workout everyday even if for only 10 minutes!











Goal 2. I will practice yoga 2x a week.





Goal 3. Eat healthy. I put a healthy Tupperware container in my refrigerator so that when I opened the refrigerator the healthy stuff was ready and caught my eye. It has made me eat more fruits and vegetables. I put Natural peanut butter, Greek yogurt, blueberries, carrots, grapes, and mozzarella cheese sticks in mine.
