Gonna get moving TODAY!!!

Hi Pink girls.....hope your week is going well.   Mine is, but I have been very busy and didn't make time for my workout the last couple days.  I'm not gonna beat myself up about it--I'm just gonna start again today!!!  I think that I'm gonna do the ladder workout.  5 squats, 5 sit ups, 5 jumping jacks, 5 running mans and 5 lunges.  Then I'll do 4 squats, 4 sit ups, ......3 squats, 3 sit ups and so on.... all the way to 1.  You get it?  You should try it with me today.  I think I am going to finish my workout with a mile or 2 run and then stretch it out!  Let me know if you did it with me!
